Castleford paedophile caught with sickening horse porn for second time
A convicted paedophile has been caught for a second time with sickening abuse images, including pornography involving sexual abuse of horses.
Peter Hardaker appeared in court seven years ago for similar offending, and was given a community order and a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO)
But Leeds Crown Court heard that as part of the SHPO, he was visited by an offender manager in March who asked to inspect his internet devices.

It was found that Hardaker had a small number of child abuse images of Category C and extreme pornographic images involving horses.
He had also used a browser that hid his internet history and anonymised his IP address, putting him in breach of the SHPO.
No mitigation was offered by his barrister after Judge Christopher Batty said he would not lock him up.
Instead, he gave him a 12-month sentence, suspended for two years, ordered him to complete 15 rehabilitation days and the 26-session Building Choices accredited programme.
He put him on the sex offender register and gave him another seven-year SHPO.
