Four drink-drivers in Harrogate sentenced after police clamp-down
Officers have described the behaviour of drink and drug drivers as '˜ridiculous' after seven people appeared before Harrogate Magistrates Court following a police summer crackdown.
Operation Attention, a county-wide police campaign against drink and drug drivers was launched at the beginning of June.
Three other cases were adjourned with unconditional bail, after two of the defendants in question pleaded not guilty and one case was unable to be heard in court.
