Ryan Smillie, 40, of Ingleton Drive, Halton, was jailed for 12 months and had an additional month of a suspended sentence activated after admitting burglary of a non-dwelling, two counts of vehicle interference, theft from a vehicle and possession of cannabis. Peter Haswell, 71, of Prospect Road, Scarborough, was jailed for seven and a half years after admitting sexual activity with a child and two indecent assaults, dated between 1998 and 2006 and involving boys aged between six and 15.
