Commuter stabbed whilst waiting for a bus in Leeds

Police are hunting a man who stabbed a Leeds resident whilst they waited for a bus Harehills over the weekend.

The attack happened at around 730pm on Saturday 18 November at the bus stop opposite Compton Library and Community Centre when the victim was stabbed.

The victim required hospital treatment as a result of the incident.

The man officers want to speak to in connection with the incident is described as black, aged in his late 20s or early 30s, with short shaved black hair and a bushy short beard.

He was around 5’8” to 5’10” tall and was wearing blue jeans and a black Adidas hooded top with a large white Adidas logo in the centre of the chest.

Police are appealing for anyone who recognises the man pictured to get in contact.
