After all those delays - another YEAR of roadworks on M62
MORE roadworks misery is in store for drivers on the M62 in West Yorkshire.
The Highways Agency has announced the closure of the hard shoulder on both carriageways from the end of February, with a 50mph speed limit and narrow lanes.
The roadworks are set to last for a year and follow similar works to install a “managed traffic system”, which ended only a few months ago.
The latest disruption will be between junctions 30 and 32 near Leeds, while the Agency installs technology to detect the flow of traffic and set warning signs and advisory speed limits.
