Nathan Reardon, co-founder of Innovation Philosophie, is leading the company's UK launch alongside founder Pat Villaceran, marking the beginning of an 'entrepreneurship revolution' in the UK.

Nathan Reardon, British co-founder of Innovation Philosophie, a global collective of innovation-focused CEOs and founders, is leading the company's UK launch alongside founder Pat Villaceran. The company says the expansion marks the beginning of an "entrepreneurship revolution" and introduces what Reardon and Villaceran call Business Blueprint 3.0, their vision for the future of entrepreneurship.

Innovation Philosophie describes Business Blueprint 3.0 as a model for building highly scalable companies led by founders who balance growth with legacy and impact. According to the company, the concept is inspired by economist Pankaj Ghemawat's book World 3.0, which explores how the global economy could evolve in the future.

Through its programmes and training, Innovation Philosophie integrates philosophy, the humanities and interdisciplinary thinking into business decision-making, encouraging founders to consider people, purpose and the planet alongside innovation and scalability.

"Anyone can build an app in five minutes now. So what are you building, founder? And who is it for? The next ten years won't belong to whoever ships the fastest. They'll belong to the founders who think about people, purpose, and the planet as hard as they think about scale. That's Business Blueprint 3.0. Nathan and I are building it with the founders who are ready to go first," said Villaceran.

The company sees the UK as a significant opportunity for innovation-led entrepreneurship. While the government's ‘Entrepreneurship in the UK: Start. Scale. Stay.’ strategy aims to support the growth of innovative businesses, Innovation Philosophie believes there is growing demand for founders who build businesses rooted in their communities while thinking globally.

Reardon, who is based in London and hosts a segment of the Innovation Philosophie podcast, is leading the company's UK operations. The organisation says it works with founders and business leaders across California, New York, Singapore, Australia and other markets, with Reardon helping connect British entrepreneurial talent to its international network.

"Britain has never been short of good founders. What they rarely get is a room where the people building eight- and nine-figure companies can think past the next funding round, with philosophy and the humanities sitting next to the balance sheet. That is what Innovation Philosophie offers, and I'm proud to be opening it here in the UK," said Reardon.

The UK launch includes an angel and venture capital investment network, Villaceran's founder mentorship cohort, the six-month INNOV LABS innovation programme, and the Innovation Philosophie Podcast, which features conversations with CEOs, founders and academics about innovation, entrepreneurship and economic growth.

Villaceran, who works across New York, London and Singapore, founded Innovation Philosophie and created INNOV LABS, the company's flagship programme. She mentors founders and CEOs of eight- and nine-figure businesses and co-hosts the Innovation Philosophie Podcast with Reardon.

Discussing the impact of her programmes, Villaceran said: "In my programmes, we grow companies up to 3,000%." The company notes that results vary by business and depend on factors including effort, resources and budget, and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
