Welcome Back To Leeds: We've come out the other side smiling, says The Core Centre

That's the positive message from The Core Centre manager Gemma Chidgey who says retailers and shoppers are happy to be back after an ease of lockdown.
She was speaking in the latest #BacktoLeeds interview series from LeedsBID as part of a Welcome Back To Leeds campaign to help restart the city centre's economy.
Gemma told how they are opening back up slowly but surely and what a great vibe Leeds has right now.
She said: "It's been wonderful. Everybody is happy and positive to be back - everyone is respectful and there's a nice vibe about Leeds again.
"Once you;re tried it you'll know it's fine.
"We've come out the other side smiling.
"We know what it is and we know how to control it. As long as we are sanitized and you can follow our one way system, that's all you have to worry about and we will worry about the rest."
