Two popular Leeds restaurants join forces to launch exciting new fusion menu
The new menu combines brunch and Indian street food
Two popular independent Leeds restaurants, known for their distinct culinary styles, are joining forces to offer a limited-edition menu.
Indian restaurant Bundobust and cafe Federal have teamed up to launch new dishes that bring together brunch classics with Indian street food flavours.
The two neighbouring establishments have launched their collaborative menu this weekend, and it runs until Sunday September 13.

At Federal, diners can look forward to innovative dishes such as Desi French Toast, featuring cardamom and rose mascarpone, Alphonso mangoes, and a chai and jaggery syrup.
Also on offer is the Mango Lassi Bircher, a twist on Federal's house granola inspired by Bundobust’s popular Mango Lassi.
To complement the food, Federal will serve a limited-edition Iced Dirty Chai, combining Bundobust's in-house chai concentrate with Federal's espresso, and the Sunshine Mary, a fusion of Federal’s classic Bloody Mary with Bundobust’s Desi spice blend.

Meanwhile, Bundobust will be presenting its own collaborative creations. Highlights include Halloumi & Shroom Tikka, made with 24-hour marinated halloumi and Fed Sauce, and the Hara Bhara Corn Sliders.
These sliders ingeniously combine Federal's beloved corn fritter with Bundobust's Hara Bara brunch patty, topped with green chutney, desi omelette, and pickled vegetables, all served in slider buns.
As an added incentive, guests who sample all the specials during the two-week collaboration will receive an invitation for a free Bundobust Brewery beer and a complimentary drink at Federal once the special menu concludes.
