seating locations.

The enhanced health and safety measures which have been implemented throughout Five Guys’ 112 locations across the UK will remain in place, reflecting the Government’s two metre

social distancing guidelines, as well as floor markings and Perspex screens at the counter in order to limit person-to-person contact.

In addition, customers will be encouraged to order alone to avoid large groups of queuing at the counters, with contactless payments being the preferred method.

John Eckbert CEO of Five Guys UK said, “We’re so excited to have alfresco dining back on offer at Five Guys.

"We have some of the best terraces in the business ready to welcome customers to sit down, relax, and tuck into a Five Guys with all your favourite (free!) toppings.

"We’ve been able to remain open through the pandemic via our Takeaway, Click & Collect and Deliveroo services, whilst introducing our most popular new service...Curbside.

"Curbside customers can order their favourite Five Guys via our app which then allow us to track their arrival and prepare their food ‘just in time’ for them to drive up. The fact that it’s contactless, and you don’t have to leave your car has been hugely popular when Covid-secure conditions are the most important consideration.

"We’ve really missed having customers in our stores. We pride ourselves in being as famous for customer service as we are for burgers & fries, and when you can sit down and eat your food hot-off-the-grill, albeit outside, we’re able to deliver the full Five Guys experience.

"It feels like we’re getting closer and closer to being fully open and operational. We can’t wait to welcome you back to Five Guys. Come on in to a Five Guys on April 12th – we’ll make sure

you don’t leave hungry.”
