Director Wasim Aslam says its popular daily buffet - available seven days a week - is a reason why the company recently expanded its Garforth operation, almost doubling it's covers to 250 seats.

He said: "We opened here in 1993 and we are proud to have grown with the community. I recognise a lot of second and third generations of customers. It's like home to them.

"This used to be the old East Garforth Infant School and its so popular we extended it last year so it's now a 250 seat restaurant and we have about 100 car parking spaces, So parking is not a problem.

"We started doing the buffet here seven days a week because it's what our customers wanted, as well as the a la carte menu. They like the buffet because they can choose a variety of foods, rather than picking one or two items. We're always adding new dishes, offering even more choice and we change the menu every three to four days, so people don't get bored and there's lots of variety.

"We have best sellers, the house and chef's specialities, including traditional Indian foods and home cooked style dishes. Even that's on the buffet so if you want to try very traditional dishes, they are on there for you as well.

"And it's not just about the food. We want to create an experience where people have a full dining experience - we also have cocktails, international gins and international beers, craft and IPAs. We now sell beer from Kirkstall Brewery, just down the road from here, including a gluten free beer.

“A lot has changed over the years, but our commitment to quality at all levels of the company have not. Our customers return to us for our consistent quality of good food and great customer service."
