13. Jake
Jake is one of the sweetest, most loving dogs you could ever wish to meet. He's 7 years old and due to an unsettled life previously he's been left with a few anxieties. He likes to take his time to get to know you properly but if you put in the time to come and see him regularly and give him the space he needs initially then in no time he'll be your shadow! He's super foody so if there are a few treats on offer he'll show you all his training moves. Once he's bonded with you he'll show you what a fun and playful boy he really is. He enjoys his walkies in quiet areas as sadly he's worried by other dogs and prefers to stay away from them. He's perfectly manageable though and happily wears his muzzle out and about. He's so affectionate that he'll spend the whole day snuggling on the sofa with you if give him the chance!
14. William
William is a delightful Staffy Cross who is 5yrs old. He loves people and really enjoys having a good fuss from his familiar human friends. He is a little shy to begin with but once he knows you he'll be your little shadow! He loves his food and is very motivated by his training. We'd love his new family to continue his training in the home as he enjoys it so much. He has a medical condition which can cause him to cough a lot and our Vet will be happy to explain more about this with potential adopters. All in all, if you are looking for a fun little dog who'll always make you smile then William's your boy!
15. Smiler
At 12 years young, Smiler prefers the quieter things in life and is looking for a relaxing home in which she can retire with someone around most of the time to keep her company. She is a very affectionate girl who loves a sofa snuggle and is content with short walks close to home.
16. Stanley
Stanley is an intelligent, interactive, and frankly stunningly beautiful chap. He is a big lad with a solid build, and he can be strong on lead at times - especially if there is a critter or two to chase! Stanley has been with us for some time and he has previously been rehomed and returned to us due to his behaviour. Because of this, he is looking for an owner with dog experience, time on their hands, an interest in training and behaviour, and who has a Stanley-sized-space on their sofa! He is worried by new faces so introductions need to be gradual and walking areas carefully chosen. His new owners would need to commit to doing multiple meets to get to know Stanley before he could go home.
