7. Rolo
Rolo is a lovely 2yr old Bulldog who is currently carrying a few extra pounds so will need his new family to help him reach his weight loss goals. He’s very dog social but due to a skin condition he won’t be able to share with any other pets for now. Our Vet will discuss his condition in more detail. He’ll be fine with secondary school aged kids who are confident around dogs. Rolo is such a gorgeous boy! He’s friendly with everyone he meets, is super playful and being very foody too, he loves his training. He’ll fit right into any active family who will give him the time and love he deserves. Titan is a big handsome 5yr old Dogue De Bordeaux. Due to his size, we can only consider homes with kids aged 16 and over who are confident around large breed dogs. He likes to say hello to dogs out and about but is much happier getting all the attention himself so he's looking for a home where he'll be the only pet. He will settle best in a calm home where he can follow a predictable routine with adopters who have a keen interest in dog behaviour and training as he still has a few things to learn, which our team will help and support with. He's been learning a lot and smashing his training while staying in his foster home. He's a wonderful lad to be around. Full of affection and loves to play with his toys, especially anything he can play ragger with! He's built a great relationship with his foster carer who tells us that in the home he is great company and will form a solid bond with his new family. All he needs is a little time and patience initially, and a nice big sofa to share! Photo: Dogs Trust
If you love the classic character of Bulldogs, then you will adore Rosco! He’s 2yrs old and sadly has not had the best time in his previous life. He needs understanding adopters who will help build his confidence slowly. He's already a firm favourite with his handlers and has come a long way in a short space of time. This makes us very confident that in the right hands he will really thrive. Although he won't be able to share his home with any other pets, he should be fine to have walking buddies once he's settled into his new routine. He loves his food and loves to learn so if you are looking for a fun and interactive dog for lots of adventures then Rosco might be your perfect match! Photo: Dogs Trust
Lola is a gorgeous 2yr old Staffy Cross who forms a strong bond with her favourite people. She needs a little time to build a relationship slowly but once she trusts you, she is loads of fun and very affectionate. She needs dedicated adopters who will work with us to slowly transition her to a new home as this is the best way for her to build trust with new people. She will need to have her own private, fully secure garden so she has somewhere to play off-lead. She is progressing with her dog socialisation training, but she doesn't like to share ANYTHING! This means she must be the only pet in her home and will need an adult only environment. She can't currently be left alone so will need a longer settling in period where there will be someone around all the time. Photo: Dogs Trust
