7. Domino
Domino is a stunning, fun and clever eight-year-old Lurcher who will be a real asset to any adopter who has a keen interest in dog training. He needs switched on owners who will put in a bit of work with our Training team to slowly transition him to a new home. This will involve multiple meets at the centre followed by home visits, but our team will be with you every step of the way.
Domino is doing really well with all his training goals, and has even been working on his doggy socialisation, so we know that in the right hands, and with the support from us, he will thrive. He just needs his Special Someone to give him that chance. Photo: Dogs Trust
8. Arko
Arko is a handsome 18-month-old Chihuahua Cross who was sadly found recently as a stray. He's taking it all in his stride though and is looking for a new home with adopters who'll give him a little space initially to come out of his shell. Arko is a real sweetie! Although we don't know much about him from before he was found, he's showing himself to be a fun little guy once he's gotten to know you a little. He's friendly with people and dogs but does seem to prefer doing his own thing most of the time. He's showing a more affectionate side now that he's bonded with some of the team, so we believe that once settled in a good routine he'll be a fun and loving pet. Photo: Dogs Trust
9. Tammy
Tammy is a stunning five-year-old Greyhound who is looking for a new home. She likes a peaceful life so although young children won't suit her, calm high-school aged kids should be fine. She'll need a secure garden to give her somewhere to enjoy her off-lead zoomies! She is fine around other dogs and could possibly share her home with another similarly relaxed doggy pal.
Tammy is a very sweet girl and likes a quiet life. She'll really suit anyone who is looking for a calm dog to enjoy lots of sofa snuggles with! Although she may need a little refresher as she settles into a new home, she's got a history of being housetrained. Photo: Dogs Trust
10. Rex
Handsome Rex is only a year old and is going to make someone a fabulous companion! He has a few behavioural needs but he has been smashing all his training goals and has proved that in the right environment he will thrive. Rex is a super fun lad who is friendly with everyone he meets. He loves to zoom around, chasing and playing with his toys and having his favourite people around to join in. He loves his walkies but due to his worries around dogs he needs to walk in quiet areas. He travels perfectly though so won't mind being driven to peaceful spots. If you are after a fun, playful and smart dog to have lots of adventures with then Rex might be a great match for you. Photo: Dogs Trust
