7. Keely
Keely is a fun loving six-month-old Staffy. She has not had the best start in life so will need adopters who are happy to do some further training. Keely is a friendly girl who loves a fuss but can get a little OTT. Keely could live with older children who are used to bouncy young dogs.
Keely could live with a dog who would be a good role model. She will need all basic training which we have started at the centre, plus house training. Keely will make a fabulous addition to the right family. Photo: Dogs Trust
8. Ginny and Zoey
Ginny (15 years) & Zoey (11 years) are an adorable mother and daughter pair who are looking for a quiet and calm home together. They could live with children over 14 years of age and would like a home with an enclosed garden to potter in and have a refresher on their housetraining. Ginny & Zoey are very attached to each other and once settled should be okay left on their own for short periods. They would prefer to be the only dogs in the home but are polite passing dogs on walks. They may be able to live with a cat if introduced gradually. Photo: Dogs Trust
9. Jax
Jax is a super fun 4yr old Staffy who is full of beans! He doesn't like to share so needs to be the only pet in his home but would enjoy having walking buddies out and about. He likes a calm and quiet home as he's easily unsettled by noise, so we can only consider an adult home in a peaceful location. He'll also need a secure, private garden so he has somewhere to play off-lead, which he loves to do! Photo: Dogs Trust
10. Onyx
Onyx is only 5-months-old and has a few training needs but he's making good progress since arriving with us. He is looking for adopters who are looking for a bit of a training project as he's shown that this is something he really enjoys. He is learning how to have doggy friends, and already has a couple of walking buddies, but he needs to be the only pet in his home while he continues to build his social skills. He can be worried by unfamiliar people and noises so must have a calm and predictable home. This means that young children wouldn't be suitable, but confident older teens should be fine.
