New bakery opening in Leeds selling giant cookie cakes and thick Biscoff shakes


42nd East Bakehouse is opening in Leeds Corn Exchange on January 17, offering mouth-watering freshly baked treats.
Owner Lee Edwards launched the business on Instagram, shipping off his bakes across the world.

Hide AdFollowing the success of his wholesale business, he opened the first 42nd East Bakehouse at Lincoln Market in July and is set to open a bakery in Beverly later this year.


The menu includes triple layered cookie cakes, Biscoff cookie dough jars, thick milkshakes and gooey chocolate brownies.
35-year-old Lee, who lives in Beverley, said: "Everything is baked fresh on site.
"My personal favourite might be a bit boring - but you can't beat a good chocolate chip cookie or a gooey brownie."
42nd East Bakehouse will open in Leeds Corn Exchange from 10am on Friday, January 17.
