The Pancake Day specials include sweet and savoury toppings and will be available from February 21 until March 1 at the Albion Place restaurant.

A vegan pancake option is available, topped with lemon and sugar.

For the kids, choose from banana and berries pancakes with Bill’s pancake syrup or ice cream, or chocolate sauce pancakes with vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate sauce.

All sweet pancakes are priced at £5.95, savoury pancakes at either £8.95 or £9.95 and kids pancakes at £3.50.

Founder Bill Collison said: "Pancakes have always been at the heart of our menu at Bill’s and we have had them on the menu since we opened the original Bill’s in Lewes 19 years ago.

"On our special menu we have a delicious savoury sweetcorn pancake, as well as some indulgent sweet pancakes which are perfect for sharing.
