The Whites were the talk of football during the 1973/74 season thanks to a 29 game unbeaten league run which led to them being crowned champions. The Whites lost for the first time in the league that season in February after being edged out 3-2 away at Stoke City. They would only lose four league games in total as they claimed the title by five points from nearest rivals Liverpool. At the end of the season Don Revie left to become England manager. These photos, published courtesy of Varley Picture Agency, showcase highlights of a season to remember. READ MORE: 'Clarke 1-0' - 12 photos from Leeds United's 1972 FA Cup Final win LOVE LEEDS?
