We asked our readers... will you be using the twice-weekly coronavirus tests?

Everyone in England is set to be offered free, twice-weekly coronavirus tests as ministers prepare for the next stage of easing lockdown restrictions.

The lateral flow tests - which can provide results in around 30 minutes - will be available from Friday.

We asked YEP readers whether they will be taking advantage of the free tests, and this is what they said:

Tristan Baker - "Yeah. My partner has to fer her work and I do it weekly, so sure."

Sarah Dickinson - "I get tested weekly for my job - doesn't bother me."

Carolanne Iveson - "If it saves my family from getting it then yeah I will."

Seth Dennis Dear - "Do it already twice a week to keep my patients safe!"

Keith Blackburn - "Yes. Better safe than sorry."

Dawn Ibbotson - "Yes, if it helps and gets us back to normality."

Amanda Jane Wilson - "Yes if it meant I could keep others safe."

Lee Chamberlain - "If I'm paid full after a positive test and so is the rest of my household who have to self isolate, then yes. If not then no."

Andy Killingbeck - "No, unless I had symptoms."
