Historic Victorian villa to be converted by Leeds building firm

Weetwood-based C & AJ Marshall Builders Ltd has been selected by Leeds-based property development, management and lettings specialist, Pickard Properties to regenerate the old building, Moor Grange into eight self-contained apartments.

Hide AdThe project will see the restoration of key features, including the sensitive replacement of the villa’s windows with heritage timber frames and ultra-thin double glazing. The interior design will also reflect Victorian styling, paying homage to the building’s historic past.
The villa, which dates back to the 19th century and is part of Spinning Acres, will undergo careful conversion to retain its original architectural charm while introducing modern comforts.
