Raywell Hall Country Lodges crowned Best in Britain
A Cottingham holiday park has been named Best in Britain for the quality of its holidays by staycation specialist Hoseasons.
Raywell Hall Country Lodges scooped the prestigious honour at the staycation specialist’s 18th annual Awards – a celebration of the holiday parks, lodge resorts and boating locations in the company’s UK portfolio that have achieved the highest scores in independent guest satisfaction surveys throughout the 2024 season.
The park was also named Best Large Lodge Escape destination in the North of England during the ceremony at the Hilton Metropole, in Birmingham.
Commenting on the park’s success Philip Mackay, Director of Hire Fleet at Raywell Hall Country Lodges said: "Being named Best in Britain really is a wonderful achievement when you consider the competition we were up against. We always try go above and beyond to provide our guests with exceptional holiday experiences and it’s great to see that effort paying off.”
Thornwick Bay in Flamborough also triumphed on the night, picking up the award for Best Family Fun Park in the North of England. Yorkshire Spa Retreat near York was crowned Best Small Lodge Escape destination in the North of England.
Speaking after presenting the awards in front of more than 600 operators, industry suppliers and members of the Hoseasons team, Gemma Brown, General Manager at Hoseasons, said: "These locations continually go above and beyond to delight our guests.
