New £2m flexible office space with free gym set to open in Leeds city centre

The £2million development, One Embankment, will offer 342 desks available 24/7, private offices, meeting rooms and event spaces.

One Embankment will be available for use for young start-ups as well as established businesses, situated a three-minute walk from the Leeds train station.

This will be the eighth space opened by incspaces, with other locations in both Manchester and London.

One Embankment will not only offer flexible working spaces, but it will also have kitchen and shower areas, bicycle storage, a free-to-use fitness suite, business lounge and two outdoor terraces.
