"Throw in the city’s growing and diverse population, and it was a no-brainer to build our retail presence here.

"The space at Trinity is the best place to showcase everything Sky can do, and we are delighted to have opened this experiential shop to new and existing customers.”

The news comes just weeks after sports and lifestyle retailer Decathlon opened its new 35,000 sq ft store at the shopping centre, transforming the former BHS site.

Trinity Leeds' centre director added: "Trinity Leeds is still very much in demand when it comes to bricks and mortar stores and we’re excited to welcome Sky on board, offering an interactive customer experience and expert advice.”
