Leeds bar Lost & Found launches theatrical cocktails in new summer menu with teapots and smoke bubbles
A Victorian-inspired bar in Leeds has launched its new summer menu, with a range of 'whimsical' cocktails and seasonal dishes.
The Lost & Found, in Greek Street, has created a new selection of serves named The Professor’s Ingenious Cocktails.
It includes the gin-ful Tangled Teapot, an iced elderflower gin and peach tea served in a cup and saucer, and The Bubble Popper, a mix of berry, No.3 Gin and Martini Fiero, crowned with a single smoked filled bubble.
There are sharing cocktails on the menu, including The Grand Frappetière, a punchy recipe of Grey Goose Vodka with Baileys Irish Cream, shaken with salted caramel and freshly brewed espresso.
The sharing Wishful Wisteria takes inspiration from the overgrown hedgerows of country gardens, blending Bombay Bramble Gin and St-Germain served in a vintage wisteria tangled carrier.
The new cocktail range will accompany Lost & Found's signature serves, including the Popcorn Old Fashioned - served with a popcorn pouch - and the Rose & Lychee Martini, a blend of Bombay Sapphire Gin and Lanique Spirit of Rose, finished with lychee, apple and a dash of lemon.
There is also a wide range of gins and spritzes, as well as a dedicated low and no-alcohol list including a Bakehouse Mocha and Garden Fruit Punch.
The seasonal menu of summer dishes includes crisp sourdough pizzas, the beef ragu and Ibérico chorizo topped Festa Della Carne.
The bar also offers afternoon tea and the Brunch and Bubbles package every Saturday, which includes signature breakfast dishes with unlimited prosecco, Bloody Marys or an Aperol Spritz tree.
Booking is advised on the Lost & Found website.
