Japanese souffle pancake brand Fluffy Fluffy will be officially opening its doors at The Light in Leeds on Saturday, November 11. The leading Canadian dessert brand, famous for serving up their viral-sensation light and fluffy pancakes, will be opening its doors at 12 noon for a very special grand opening weekend.
The brand new 44 cover cafe will be located at 62 The Headrow and promises to be the brand’s most prestigious store yet, with a whole weekend of treats and giveaways.
Hussein Umar, UK Development Lead at Fluffy Fluffy UK, commented: “The time is nearly here - Fluffy Fluffy pancakes will be arriving in Leeds on 11th November, and we can’t wait.
“We’re working super hard behind the scenes to ensure this is our most epic opening yet and we can’t wait to announce some of the fantastic plans we have in the pipeline for our opening day. Also keep your eyes peeled for news on brand new additions to the menu, as we’ll be revealing all very soon. Watch this space.”
Fluffy Fluffy Leeds will be the first UK store to serve their pancakes with locally sourced, soft serve ice cream. Guests will be able to choose from flavours such as vanilla, cookies and cream, strawberry, and chocolate.
The store will feature the brand's trademark open-kitchen concept, which will allow guests to watch their light and fluffy pancakes be created right before their very eyes. Fluffy Fluffy’s signature yellow and white colourways will also create a light and airy space, the perfect accompaniment to their famous cloud-like pancakes.
Featuring a mixture of tables and booths, Fluffy Fluffy will be the ultimate mates date spot in Leeds for both big and small groups. It’s the latest prime city-centre dessert hotspot, nestled on the Headrow amongst a number of other popular foodie spots such as Miller and Carter and Tamatanga.
Fluffy Fluffy are taking the UK by storm with their famously jiggly souffle pancakes, after opening three other UK locations in the past year in Manchester, Leicester, and Reading.
