Hide AdJoe Ward, the former food development manager for Arc Inspirations, has tapped into a gap in the market with his new venture Go Food which he has set up in the Hyde Park area of the city.
The menu offers tasty dishes that still balance the carbs and the protein mix for example, seared cod steak with tapenade sauce with a carb side from potatoes to spicy cous-cous - and they even deliver to certain parts of the city.
Be tempted by retro pizzas, halloumi and avacado salad, fresh veg and roast peppers.

Hide AdHe told City Buzz: “I was a little bit disenchanted with takeaway options available - it is either a burger or a curry. It is the same old.
“People lead busy lives, get in from work, have not had time to go to the supermarket and want something convenient but healthy and I wanted to do something about that.
“With a little bit of thought and know how it is do-able.”
