One Touch, the Leeds-headquartered hospitality tech firm, has entered a strategic partnership with Danish reservation platform Resos, signalling a significant phase of global expansion for the Yorkshire-based business.

The agreement will see One Touch’s Millie AI technology made available to +3,000 restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs worldwide. This includes 1,000 prime hospitality locations across the UK, cementing One Touch’s position as one of the UK’s market leaders in AI-driven operational efficiency.
Millie AI acts as a "digital receptionist," providing 24/7 coverage by answering 100% of customer calls, managing real-time table bookings, and resolving complex inquiries with natural, human-like conversation. By automating phone-based reservations staff are freed from the telephone to focus on delivering exceptional in-house service.
Craig Pollock, Director at One Touch, commented on the firm’s growth trajectory: "This partnership with Resos fast-tracks our strategic vision to bring Yorkshire-developed Voice AI to the global stage.
"By integrating Millie AI with Resos Online Booking System, we are offering an even smoother booking experience for operators and customers alike, which also includes a 50% discount for Resos venues for the first six months.
"This scale-up represents the next chapter of growth for One Touch as we continue to expand our footprint from our Leeds base into international markets, proving that our region remains a powerhouse for hospitality tech innovation."
Emil Falk Knudsen, CEO of Resos, added: "Our goal has always been to make restaurant management as efficient and stress-free as possible.
"Partnering with One Touch is a natural evolution of that mission by offering Millie AI to 3,000+ venues.
"For restaurant owners, every missed call is a missed revenue opportunity. You can’t be on the phone and service your guests at the same time.
"Millie AI takes care of the phone calls, so operators can focus on the service. Voice AI is no longer a 'future' concept; it is an essential tool for the modern operator to capture bookings and support teams during peak service without the overhead of additional front-of-house staff."
The partnership marks a significant milestone for the Leeds tech cluster, highlighting the city's growing influence in the development of practical, B2B Artificial Intelligence solutions.
