New director Ollie Ratcliffe leads Tall’s new performance arm Momentum
Tall has announced the launch of Momentum, a new performance offering designed to help brands navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of modern marketing.
Ollie Ratcliffe has been appointed as Director of Performance at Tall, and will lead the expansion of both the team and the proposition, building Momentum into a specialist offering designed to help ambitious brands adapt and scale in an increasingly challenging consumer landscape.

Built for 2026 and beyond, Momentum responds to a fundamental shift in how brands grow. Success now depends on the seamless integration of brand experience, creative, and performance into one unified growth engine. Momentum represents the next step in Tall’s evolution, a commitment to helping brands not just keep up with change, but stay ahead of it.
Ollie’s experience includes work with Yorkshire Tea & Taylors of Harrogate, Samsonite, Interflora, Garden Trading, Chester Zoo, Arla and Cafe Mambo Ibiza, to name a few. His work reflects a deep understanding of how brands scale through creative excellence and commercial performance.

Guy Utley, Executive Creative Director at Tall, said: “From the outset, it was clear that Ollie brought more than just experience. He shares a belief that the industry needs to move faster, think more holistically and challenge long-standing conventions. His approach to integrating creative thinking with performance strategy aligned perfectly with our vision for what comes next.”
Ollie Ratcliffe, Director of Performance, added: “Platform shifts like Meta's Andromeda, Google's PMax and TikTok's AI-led commerce mark a fundamental shift away from channel optimisation.
"In this new age, you're no longer targeting customers; you're training systems with an integrated engine of creative, data and customer journey design. That’s what Momentum is all about.”
Momentum is already gaining traction, with an initial group of clients onboarded, including Victoria Leeds and Surecase, expanding Tall's existing client roster of household names such as Lego, Tofoo, and SharkNinja.
