Leeds-based full-service marketing agency, Engage, has delivered its strongest financial performance to date, reporting a 23 per cent year-on-year revenue increase in the 2025/26 financial year.

Bolstered by its transition to employee ownership, the agency delivered stand out projects across retained clients including increasing organic sales by 167 per cent for homeware company, DUSK and delivering a major website refresh for the governing body of four-wheeled motorsport in the UK, Motorsport UK.

Underscoring its commitment to its team, clients and workplace culture, the marketing agency also celebrated four award wins - Independent and Digital Agency of the Year at the Prolific North Champions Awards and Best Team Culture and Best Workplace Health & Wellbeing Awareness initiative at the UK Company Culture Awards.

Managing Director at Engage, Alex Willcocks, said: “We’ve just delivered our best ever financial year, which is a really tangible sign that the transition to Employee Ownership is working and that the business is moving in the right direction.

“Being employee owned has created a genuine shift in how the team shows up. People are thinking more commercially, and joining the dots between their role, the quality of our work, and the success of the wider business.

“We’re removing the traditional barriers you see in many businesses - the disconnect between leadership and team, the lack of alignment, the ‘that’s not my job’ mentality.

"In its place, we’re building a culture and mindset where everyone is genuinely invested in Engage's success. There’s a belief that putting people first comes at the expense of performance. We’re proving the opposite. Done properly, it’s precisely what drives it.”

Engage plans to further diversify their offering and build on their client list by honing in on their expertise and focusing on their sector. As part of this continued growth they will be repositioning and launching a new website, providing a greater insight of their capabilities.

Established in 2007, Engage works with brands to drive results through a range of specialist tactics, including website design, development and digital activation, through to digital PR, SEO and PPC.
