There are Chinese restaurants, good Chinese restaurants and then there is Tattu. Haven’t heard of it? It’s in Minerva House, East Parade, fast becoming the trendiest place to be seen. It used to be a bank but, thanks to some wondrous interior design, it is now an elaborate restaurant. The restaurant offers contemporary Chinese cuisine, fusing traditional Asian flavours with exquisite presentation. With an elegant, black interior with what appear to be real blossom trees haning from the rafters, food is turned into theatre, with excellent dishes and superb service. It's food with a flourish.
