The Skyliner Fish and Chip Shop is one of the oldest established and well known fish shops in Leeds, having been around for over 55 years. The name Skyliner originated from New York. Johnny's wife Ellen, while visiting family there came across Skyliner Diner - the name immediately appealed to her in neon lights and the rest, as they say, is history. They pride themselves on buying only the best wild caught haddock and best quality potatoes, cooked in the finest beef dripping, and of course there's the batter ... well that's a secret!
