The Zaap team 'can't wait to finally meet Headingley and will be providing more details about its opening in the coming days.

The St Anne's Road restaurant was originally going to open last Spring but the team had to put their plans on hold.

Under the Government's lockdown roadmap, the initial date of April 12 has been set for when hospitality can open its doors for people to sit outside, and May 17 is the proposed date for when the venues can hopefully open indoors.

Zaap revealed the news on its Facebook page in a post that said: "NEW ZAAP ALERT
