The secret to the success has undoubtedly been head chef Robiul Chaudry, who has over 25 years of experience, both as a food taster – he’s scrutinised some of the finest food on the sub-continent from street stalls to five star restaurants – to his many years as a chef.

He’s worked in some of the most successful brands across Yorkshire and beyond, and is absolutely passionate about providing a mouth-watering menu which will exceed expectations and have you booking again before you leave.

About the menu

Simply put, expect the unexpected. Yes, there are some classics on there – samosas, bhajis, pakora and kebabs – but plenty of blends and flavours you won’t find anywhere else.

How about trying the Shukria tandoori special, packed witch chicken and lamb tikka, king prawns and seekh kebabs, with a side order of lamb chops and topped off with masala sauce and a naan – outstanding!

Chef Robiul’s specialities include butter chicken makhanwala with coconut and cream, zingy lime and coriander shalima karahi, and the delicious tandoor chicken dansak, with off the bone meat served with lentils and a sweet and sour hot sauce with pineapple.
