Dill & Bay Restaurant is the realisation of a dream for head chef and owner Simon Jones and is the culmination of his desire, drive and determination, along with the support of wife and business partner Remmy. In 2015, with a passion for food, service and quality Simon established Passion Supper Club and went on to serve over 500 guests with an ever changing and developing four-course menu that moved with the seasons and tested his skills, all in his own home. Put simply, it's sumptuous, heart-warming food.
