Côte Brasserie has invested more than £1 million in creating its trademark Parisian-style eaterie on the upper level on the site of the old Mamas & Papas store. The 188-cover restaurant features a selection of delicious locally sourced seasonal dishes on its monthly changing menu. Guests can look forward to classic French delicacies such as steak tartare, cassoulet de Toulouse and moules frites alongside a great range of steaks, salads and fish dishes.
