From a one-woman comedy to huge orchestras, there are plenty of concerts, gigs and comedy acts playing at Leeds Town Hall this year. These are 13 of the best events which have been confirmed for 2020.
1. Manchester Collective | Ecstatic Dances

2. Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra
January 25: As well as the amazing sound of the symphony orchestra, there will also be a free pre-concert talk by David Fligg, co-founder of the AHRC-funded Performing the Jewish Archive
3. Sandi Toksvig Live! National Trevor
February 4: Sandi is bringing her new, one-woman comedy show to Leeds. Expect tall stories, fascinatingly funny facts, really silly jokes, a quick fire Q&A and a quiz.
4. BBC Philharmonic
February 8: The BBC Philharmonic orchestra will be conducted by Ben Gernon and feature Jennifer Galloway on the oboe.
5. Conversations with Stacey Dooley
Februayr 11: In this rare live appearance, Stacey talks about her career so far, where shes headed next, and how news and investigative journalism are evolving. This promises to be a thought-provoking and inspiring evening. Photo: Peter Byrne/PA Wire
