From legendary stars Dionne Warwick and Al Murray, to iconic shows including Kinky Boots and Miss Saigon, an unmissable season awaits at Leeds Grand Theatre.

Leeds Heritage Theatres is Leeds Grand Theatre, City Varieties Music Hall and Hyde Park Picture House. A registered charity, the three venues are united by a single cause; to bring people together, create the extraordinary and provide a positive environment in which to entertain and educate.

Through the Ways to Save initiative, Leeds Heritage Theatres offers a variety of opportunities for you to enjoy unforgettable performances & screenings, while also supporting the preservation of its historic venues. By spending even a small amount at The Grand, City Varieties and Picture House, you’re not only enjoying world-class entertainment, but also allowing them to reach wider audiences, improve its access offering, and ensure that the stories that matter continue to be shared for generations to come.

Leeds Grand Theatre begins 2025 with Opera North’s Winter season. In February, touring shows return, with comedy heavyweights Al Murray, Paul Chowdry and Sophie McCartney paying us a visit throughout the year.

In April, the legendary Dionne Warwick graces The Grand’s stage, with more must-see musical acts taking the spotlight throughout the year, including Sir Tim Rice, Matt Goss, and The Searchers.

Only Fools and Horses: The Musical: Mon 24 February – Sat 1 March 2025

Stick a pony in your pocket – The Trotters are coming to The Grand! The smash-hit show Only Fools and Horses: The Musical, based on John Sullivan’s legendary television show, is a critically acclaimed, home-grown musical spectacular.

Calamity Jane: Tue 4 – Sat 8 March 2025

Gosh, almighty! Grab a posse because the whip-crackin’ musical comedy classic Calamity Jane is rollin’ on over the plains to The Grand. Based on the much-loved Doris Day movie, this plumb fancy new production stars Carrie Hope Fletcher (Cinderella, Les Misérables).

Northern Ballet’s Jane Eyre: Fri 14 – Sat 22 March 2025

When Jane accepts a position as Governess at Thornfield Hall, little does she expect a spark to kindle between her and the brooding Mr Rochester. With live music by Northern Ballet Sinfonia, Northern Ballet’s brilliant dance actors bring this tale of romance, jealousy and dark secrets to life.

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat: Tue 25 – Sat 29 March 2025

The smash-hit London Palladium production by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber returns to Leeds Grand Theatre! It features much-loved pop and musical theatre classics, including Any Dream Will Do, Close Every Door, There’s One More Angel in Heaven and Go, Go, Go Joseph.

LAOS: Les Misérables: Thu 3 – Sat 12 April 2025

Leeds Amateur Operatic Society returns to The Grand with one of the 11 UK amateur premières of this iconic musical. Featuring one of the most memorable scores of all time, Les Misérables is an epic tale of passion and redemption in the throes of revolution.

Get ready for an electrifying experience that will ignite your passion for rock ‘n’ roll, where the timeless music of Jim Steinman and Meat Loaf reign supreme, including I’d Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That), Paradise By The Dashboard Light, Dead Ringer For Love and Bat Out of Hell.

Cruel Intentions: The ‘90s Musical: Tue 6 – Sat 10 May 2025

Boys From The Blackstuff: Tue 13 – Sat 17 May 2025

Chrissie, Loggo, George, Dixie, and Yosser are used to hard work and providing for their families. But there is no work and there is no money. Northern Ballet’s Merlin: Sat 13 – Sat 20 September 2025
