27 pubs open in Leeds for the England vs Mexico game - updating list

The countdown is on, and England’s World Cup journey is set to continue in a matter of hours.

In a boost for fans, the government has granted pubs special permission to open late for the Mexico game. It comes as fans face a very late night to watch the round of 16 game at the famous Azteca Stadium.

Sir Keir Starmer announced on Thursday (July 2) that pubs across England and Wales will be able to stay open until 5am for the round of 16 match, which kicks off at 1am on Monday.

Here is a list of pubs which have announced they will open their doors for the clash in Leeds and the wider city area.
