The dust is finally starting to settle on yet another fantastic Leeds Festival weekend.
Music lovers from the city and beyond made the annual pilgrimage to Bramham Park for four days of huge performances and moments that will last a lifetime. This year’s event even made history with Kasabian headlining the first ever Thursday night line-up on August 27.
Despite the heavy rain and threats of thunderstorms, festivalgoers still had plenty to enjoy. It also avoided turning into a full-on mud bath - compared to its sister festival in Reading.

But despite the wonderful time people had at the festival over the weekend, it doesn’t mean there can’t be ways to improve it. We asked our readers on Facebook what they would change about it, if they could.
See the 11 suggestions they came up with. Can you think of any, send them by email to [email protected].

8. Improve pick-ups from the festival
Replying to the YEP's post on Facebook, Sophie Ella Leigh wrote: "The organisation of pick-up on Sunday night! Children left in an empty field without access to toilets or shelter whilst their mums queued on the motorway for 4 hours to collect them. Shocking." A number of other comments also mentioned improving pick-ups and collections. | Lana Conway/ YEP Photo: Lana Conway/ YEP

9. Make taking the bus more viable
Reader Caroline Pue replied on FB: "If the cost of buses was reduced or had park and ride then there may be less drivers, it was £18 return each on the bus to Leeds so 4 of us in the car took 3.5 hours just to get out of Bramham Park last night." | Lana Conway/ YEP Photo: Lana Conway/ YEP

10. CCTV in the camping areas
Replying on Facebook, YEP reader Michelle Morris said: "CCTV in each camping field and more security in each of them camping fields. I go Kendal Calling every year and not once have I ever felt unsafe or nervous about leaving my tent. | Lana Conway/ YEP Photo: Lana Conway/ YEP

11. Fix the litter situation
YEP reader Peter Cresswell suggested: "Require attendees to being out everything they bring in, don’t leave tons of camping kit and rubbish behind." | Lana Conway/ YEP Photo: Lana Conway/ YEP
