Iron Maiden announce European tour 2023 including Leeds date - when it is, how to get tickets, presale details

Iron Maiden has announced a new European tour taking place in the summer of 2023, with a show scheduled in Leeds.

Iron Maiden’s ‘The Future Past Tour’ will feature previously unperformed songs from the band’s most recent studio album Senjutsu as well as focussing on the 1986’s iconic Somewhere In Time record.

The tour will start off with six performances in the UK and Ireland at the end of June, before  travelling across Europe, to countries including Belgium, Poland and Switzerland.

Founder member and bassist of Iron Maiden, Steve Harris said: “Following the release of our latest album, Senjutsu, we updated the current Legacy of the Beast Tour a little by opening the show with the first 3 songs from it, with the Japanese Palace stage set.

“As it doesn’t make a lot of sense to repeat this for a Senjutsu album tour, we thought about other options and we’ve decided to revisit Somewhere In Time as that tour didn’t feature in the various retrospective history tours we’ve played over the years.

“It’s been a long wait! 2023 is going to be an exciting time and we’re really looking forward to seeing everyone again in the UK, Ireland and around Europe”.

Iron Maiden will be at Leeds First Direct Arena on June 28, 2023.

How to get tickets for Iron Maiden in Leeds 2023?

There will be an exclusive pre-sale for Iron Maiden fanclub members from October 11 at 9am.

O2 and Three priority members will have access to a pre sale on October 12 at 9am.

Tickets will go on general sale from Friday October 14 at 9am on the Ticketmaster website.

Who will be Iron Maiden’s support act on their 2023 tour?

Support on the UK & Ireland tour will be announced at a later date.
