Mark Abrahams, from Kippax, first saw the legendary rock band play at Leeds Irish Centre on York Road back in the mid 1990s. The band will return to the venue on Wednesday night, but Mr Abrahams, 39, will have a slightly different view. He said: “I’ve been a fan for years and was in the front row last time. Now I’m going to be a few feet further forward, which is going to be cool.”

Tickets for the 7.30pm gig cost £17.50 in advance from the venue or Jumbo records. Or it’s £20 on the door on the night.
