As if the challenge of completing the Otley Run wasn't hard enough, the famous Leeds bar crawl has gone and added an extra two new destinations to the route.
The official body behind the bar crawl, which stretches two-and-a-half-miles from Far Headingley and into Leeds city centre, has put the total number of stops on the route to 17.
The two new locations are Taylor’s Sports Bar & Grill and Leeds University Union.
The bar crawl has been a staple of student life in the city for many a year. It has become so well known that even non-students have begun arriving from across the country dressed as pirates, Vikings, golfers and cartoon characters to take on the boozy challenge.
The Otley Run has proved divisive for many though, with residents complaining about the drunken antics of those undertaking it.
Bar staff have previously defended the runners to the YEP though, saying that those taking part are in good spirits and that those causing trouble are in the minority.
Check out the full list of bars now featured on the bar crawl in our gallery below:
The 13th stop on the run is The Eldon, where you’ll be greeted by a lovely wooden floor, mahogany bar, and lively crowd of students and regulars.

Leeds University Union - another new addition on the official Otley Run page - offers drinkers with the choice of popping into Old Bar or The Terrace. The first offers an old-bar style experience while the second has a, wait for it, terrace. | Google Photo: Google
Another recent addition to the Otley Run is Handsome Brewhouse, which sells their own beers brewed in the Lake District as well as a range of spirits, shots and guest beers. Address: 15 Eldon Terrace, Woodhouse, Leeds LS2 9A | Google Photo: Google
If you make it to The Fenton then you’re very much on the home stretch of the Otley Run. This favourite among students has a great wooden décor with plenty of well designed rooms. There's also a graffiti-covered beer garden outside to add a modern twist on this old haunt.

You made it! The final stop is The Dry Dock, a moored up boat-turned-boozer that is just outside of the city centre where you can celebrate your lofty achievement or, if you've still got some left in the tank, decide on where to go next.
