Generous readers placed dozens of gifts under the centre piece tree for disadvantaged children across the city, supporting Cash for Kids’ Mission Christmas appeal.
The concert, which is highlight of the YEP’s events diary, helped to raise money for Leeds Minster and Martin House Hospice.
Rev Canon Paul Maybury, the Rector of Leeds City Parish and Leeds Minster, led the service with readings from the team at the YEP and former ITV Calendar presenter Duncan Wood.
And here is a selection of some of our favourite pictures from the night captured by photographer Steve Riding.
