Super League round one: Refs confirmed for games involving Leeds Rhinos, Castleford Tigers and Wakefield Trinity

Referee appointments have been announced for the first round of Betfred Super League.

Ben Thaler will take charge of Rhinos' Emerald Headingley clash with Hull on Sunday, with Rbert Hicks as the video assistant.

That is the second part of a double-header also featuring Castleford against Toronto Wolfpack, which will be controlled by James Child, with Chris Kendall on video duty.

Robert Hick will take charge of Trinity's opener at Hull KR on Friday.

Other Super League appointments are: Wigan Warriors v Warrington Wolves - Chris Kendall (Thursday), St Helens v Salford Red Devils - Liam Moore (Friday), Catalans Dragons v Huddersfield Giants - Scott Mikalauskas (Saturday).

Championship appointments include: Dewsbury Rams v Leigh Centurions - Cameron Worsley (Friday), Batley Bulldogs v Featherstone Rovers - Tom Grant (Sunday).
