See if you can spot yourself: 27 superb pix of Leeds Rhinos fans in capacity crowd v Wigan Warriors

It was a miserable evening on the pitch for Leeds Rhinos, but a memorable one off it as a full house watched the big Super League battle with Wigan Warriors.

The capacity crowd of 19,968 was Betfred Super League’s biggest at AMT Headingley since 2020. The Leeds faithful were in good voice throughout, but went home disappointed after Rhinos were outclassed 40-8 by a Wigan side who have now replaced them at the top of the table.

As usual, the Yorkshire Evening Post’s veteran snapper Steve Riding, who has been covering Leeds rugby league matches since the 1970s, went in and among the fans to capture the mood before and during the game. Here’s 27 of his best pictures.
