Full-back Max Jowitt (ankle) and forward Kelepi Tanginoa (hamstring) have been joined on the sidelines by winger Lewis Murphy.

He suffered a knee injury in last Friday’s defeat by Huddersfield Giants and scans have confirmed season-ending anterior cruciate ligament (acl) damage.

A “medical issue” has kept centre Reece Lyne out of Trinity’s last two matches, but he is hopeful of being available this week.

Leeds could have forwards Morgan Gannon (concussion) and Sam Lisone (illness) back after they sat out last week’s win at St Helens, along with second-row James Bentley who has not played since suffering a knee injury in pre-season training.

Centre Harry Newman is also close to returning from a hamstring problem sustained last year, but hooker Kruise Leeming (foot) is a doubt and prop Mikolaj Oledzki remains on the casualty list.

In his Yorkshire Evening Post column, Leeming confirmed his injury, suffered last week, is not expected to be long-term.
