Bradford Bulls and York City Knights are both believed to be keen on signing the two-time Grand Final winner.

Cuthbertson, 35, was a Man of Steel nominee in 2015 when he helped Rhinos to an historic treble of Challenge Cup, Super League leaders' shield and Grand Final victories.

He also featured when Rhinos won at Old Trafford two years later.

His current Leeds deal, signed in 2018, ends this autumn and in July he was listed as "not yet determined" on the Rugby Football League's register of out of coming out of contract players.

Bulls and Knights are both expected to challenge for promotion next year.

Ambitious York, who will move into a new stadium in 2021, have already recruited club captain Danny Kirmond and former England centre Ryan Atkins from Wakefield, while Trinity stand-off Danny Brough is heading to Odsal.
