Rhinos will be without stand-off Brodie Croft at Salford Red Devils on Thursday as he begins what will be at least a three-game layoff because of hamstring damage suffered against Warrington Wolves 13 days earlier. Leeds have nobody returning from injury, but Matt Frawley is in contention after a three-match absence and teenagers Jack Smith and Presley Cassell are included in Arthur’s initial 21-man squad. Here’s how Rhinos could line up.

14. Loose-forward Keenan Palasia
Rhinos have effectively been playing with an extra prop during Cameron Smith's injury layoff and the tactic is likely to continue, though Palasia back to 10 and Morgan Gannon starting is an option. Photo: Olly Hassell/SWpix.com

15. Sub: Jack Sinfield

May get a start - and would deserve it - but coach Brad Arthur likes his impact as a substitute. Photo: Allan McKenzie/SWpix.com

Hasn't been getting a lot of game time - and Tom Nicholson-Watton is pressing for an opportunity - but it'll be a surprise if he is left out. Photo: Alex Whitehead/SWpix.com
