2018

Two years ago today Rhinos suffered the first of five successive defeats when Huddersfield Giants won 25-18 at Headingley.

Leeds’ try scorers were Richie Myler, Matt Parcell and Cameron Smith and Jordan Lilley added three goals.

Leeds were ninth in Super League after crashing 37-18 at Warrington Wolves.

Without the injured Danny McGuire, they trailed 30-0 before a Rob Burrow brace and try and three goals from Kevin Sinfield made the scoreline more respectable.

2001

A three-game winning run ended when Rhinos were beaten 36-18 by Wigan Warriors at Headingley.

Leeds’ try scorers were Karl Pratt, Tonie Carroll and Rob Burrow and Iestyn Harris landed three goals.

1996

On June 9, Leeds recorded only their third Super League win when they beat hosts Workington Town 48-18 in a relegation battle at Derwent Park.

Graham Holroyd bagged two tries and eight goals, Tony Kemp also crossed twice and other scorers were Dean Clark, Marvin Golden, Gary Mercer and Adrian Morley.
