Leeds Rhinos' duo banned for Challenge Cup tie against Hull KR - Castleford Tigers' star also suspended

Leeds Rhinos' Brad Dwyer and Alex Sutcliffe are both set to miss the Coral Challenge Cup quarter-final against Hull KR on Friday.

The Rugby Football League's match review panel have charged Dwyer with a grade B shoulder charge in last Friday's win over Huddersfield Giants and issued a one-game ban.

Sutcliffe will miss two matches - the Cup tie and Betfred Super League rematch with Hull KR six days later - after being charged with Grade C dangerous contact.

Castleford Tigers' Adam Milner was banned for one game for grade B "use of knees" in his side's Cup sixth round loss to Hull last Sunday.

Hull KR are likely to be without stand-off Jordan Abdull for both games against Leeds.

He will appear before the RFL disciplinary panel on Tuesday, September 15, accused of grade D other contrary behaviour in last Friday's extra-time loss to St Helens.

Tom Lineham, of Warrington Wolves, faces a grade F other contrary conduct charge following the win against Castleford last Thursday.

St Helens' Kevin Naiqama was charged with a grade C high tackle and faces a two-match suspension.

Leroy Cudjoe, of Huddersfield, was cautioned for a dangerous throw.

Players issued with a penalty notice have until 11am on Tuesday to challenge the punishment.

Appeals will be heard on Tuesday evening.
