Rhinos have been linked with Boyd who plays for Gold Coast Titans and earned five caps for the Kangaroos in 2016.

Leeds have left two vacancies in their squad for 2020 and are looking to recruit, but Agar said Boyd has "never been mentioned".

He said: "He is on a long-term deal, on big money.

"I speak to his agent regularly and his name has never cropped up once."

Rhinos have space on their salary cap following a series of departures, including marquee forward Trent Merrin.

Their overseas quota is full, but a space will open if Rhyse Martin's application for a Papua New Guinea passport is approved.
